We are a family run business with over 35 years of experience. Rick started R.N. Construction with the dream of creating a company that could continue to grow with each generation. Rick has been building since 1985 and his specialty is decks, screen porches, and gazebos but has also built multiple homes, pole barns, and garages. He is a master builder that knows the code book like the back or his hand and has an answer for all your questions. He laid a firm foundation for the company having taught his boys to build since they were each 11 years old. Each one of the boys now independently runs their own crew and is here to provide you with a beautiful deck.

Our crew leaders are Kyle, Chris, Mike, Jake, and Chad. They each have been independently running their own crews for over 10 years. When we hire crew leaders we don’t just hire anyone off the street, we hire and train within. We make sure there is at least one person on site that has the experience necessary to tackle any problems that may arise. Unlike our competitors, we have multiple people within the company that hold a builders license. We have a team assistant that does clean-ups, small material deliveries, and gives a helping hand when needed. This position allows our crews to focus on building while maintaining a clean job site and a dumpster free driveway.
Our office manager Hollie and her administrator Sam have been working side by side together even before working for RN Construction. Together Hollie and Sam have implemented customer service strategies that put us above the rest. Hollie and Sam will work alongside you through the entire process. They know what is going on with each and every project at every turn. The girls can answer most of your questions independently with their experience in the decking industry. Hollie is also our production manager. She assigns the crews their jobs, orders the materials, schedules the inspections, and keeps the office running like a finely tuned machine. Along side Sam and Hollie, we have Madison.
She is the in-house babysitter that watches the next generation of deck builders and office staff so their moms and dads can assist you throughout the day. Also in office we have Kurt. Kurt has over 30 years of building experience and has a lot to offer to the RN team. You could see him for your initial estimate or on the job site. Kurt can do it all.
